My journey..

It all began nearly six years ago, when I had the good fortune of meeting my teacher for all things Vegan. The student was ready. I admit that I was skeptical at first and intrigued enough to think that maybe I could also get results. It felt like a long shot then even though I was already a vegetarian. It took me a few days to get my head around the notion of 'no dairy'. Then I convinced myself that I'd try it for 30 days. 

So I did and never looked back. 

Once I started feeling better, I realized that the plant-based choices were the only way to go. I lost a remarkable fifty (50) pounds and feel great. My headaches went away and I had a ton of energy overall. The most obvious change for me has been my mental clarity. All my thoughts are very clear now; the fog has lifted.

I hope beyond hope that if you're considering going Vegan, that you do it. It's not as difficult as some would make out. It's not just "rabbit food". Far from it. There are some amazing chefs in the world making incredible vegan food with no additives or processed ingredients. Once you try it, you just feel better.
